Pricing

Most legal software makes you
ask for a price. Here’s ours.

You pay for the cases you are actively working — not for how many people you employ. Add your paralegal, your assistant, your new associate: the price does not move.

Annual billing takes two months off. Pay for ten months, get twelve. Monthly billing has no contract and no cancellation terms — you can leave whenever you like, and you keep your data on the way out.

What counts as an active case.

A case is active if it received substantive work in the last 30 days — a document uploaded or processed, a document generated, an AI job run, or time logged. Opening a file to read it doesn’t count.

  • It corrects itself. A case that goes quiet drops off your count automatically. Your bill falls without a phone call.
  • Closed matters are free. Bring every archived case you have. They cost nothing and never count against your plan.
  • Nineteen open files isn’t nineteen active cases. Most practices carry far more open matters than they are working in any given month. You pay for the work, not the inventory.
  • You are never blocked from opening a case. Sign the client. If your caseload settles into a bigger plan, we’ll talk about it then — the software will never be the reason you had to wait.

Plans differ by caseload. They never differ by what you’re allowed to use.

There is no premium tier holding the good features. Everything below is in every plan, on day one, for every person at your firm.

Two things you can buy. Neither is a feature.

Everything in the product is in your plan. These are services — work we do for you, priced as work.

Document Setup Service
$1,500
We map your first fifteen documents and wire up your intake form.
You can do this yourself at no cost, and many firms do — upload a document, confirm the fields, done. This is for firms who would rather hand over a folder of their templates and have it finished for them. One time, not recurring.
Practice Intelligence
From $4,000
A pipeline built for something specific to your firm.
If your practice needs something pulled out of your documents that no platform does as standard, we build it for you. Scoped in a conversation, in production in about a week. See what this covers →

Refer a firm, take a month off your bill.

Every LexiSync firm has a personal referral link. Send it to another attorney. When they become a paying customer, a credit equal to one month of your subscription lands on your next invoice — automatically, no forms, no expiry. Refer three firms, get three months.

Answered plainly.

What happens when I go over my plan’s case count?
Nothing, at first. Every plan carries roughly ten percent of headroom above its published number — one or two cases over is invisible and fully functional. If your caseload settles above that band for a sustained stretch, we’ll reach out about moving you up a plan. It arrives as a note, never as a locked screen, and you are never prevented from opening a new case.
My caseload swings a lot month to month. Does my bill bounce around?
No. The count uses a rolling thirty-day window, so a busy month that pushes you a few cases over usually settles back on its own before anything changes. We look at sustained patterns, not spikes. A case that goes quiet falls off your count by itself, which means your bill can go down without you asking.
Why price on cases instead of users?
Because a paralegal who logs in twice a week costs us nothing to serve, and a heavily-worked case with three hundred pages of medical records costs us real money. Charging by headcount would mean taxing you for hiring — and it prices two very different practices identically. Cases are what actually drives the work, so cases are what we charge for.
Is document automation really unlimited?
Yes. Map as many documents as your firm uses — engagement letters, motions, court forms, intake questionnaires — at no additional cost, and re-map them whenever they change. Court forms get revised; that’s not something you should be invoiced for. If you’d rather not do the setup yourself, the Document Setup Service above is the optional way to hand it off.
Can I bring my closed cases over?
Bring all of them, free. Archived matters are stored, searchable, and available whenever you need them, and they never count against your plan. We’d rather your whole practice history live in one place than have you keep a second system running for old files.
What about moving my active matters from another platform?
Migration help is part of every plan — not something reserved for larger ones. We’ll work through your matters, contacts, and documents with you and set clear expectations about scope before you commit to anything. If your current system stores data in an unusual way, we’ll tell you that up front rather than after you’ve signed.
Is there a contract?
Not on monthly billing — cancel whenever, and your data leaves with you. Annual billing locks your rate for twelve months and takes two months off the price. Starting monthly and switching to annual once you’re confident is the sensible order, and it’s what we’d suggest.
Is there a free trial?
Not right now. A trial where nobody helps you load real matters teaches you very little about whether the software fits your practice. Instead we do a working session on your actual documents and your actual workflow, and you decide from there. If it isn’t a fit, we’ll say so on the call.
What does it cost to add someone to the firm?
Nothing. Every person at your firm — attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, administrative staff — is included in your plan. If your assistant needs to be in the system for a five-minute job, that is a five-minute job, not a line item. Clients using the portal aren’t users either, and there is no limit on them.

See it on your practice before you decide.

Forty-five minutes, your documents, your workflow. We’ll show you the plan that fits your real caseload — and if that’s the smallest one, we’ll tell you that too.
